For several days, France Bleu Berry has been taking you to the aisles of the Paris Agricultural Show. The 58th edition, placed under the sign of reunion, ends this Sunday, March 6. Between cheeses, wines from Berry, shortbread from Nançay, Mercier chocolates, products from Fish Brenne… There is plenty to enjoy at the stands in Indre and Cher.
There are a few fewer people in the aisles, recognize some exhibitors. But they all salute the good atmosphere and emphasize the pleasure of meeting visitors to introduce them to their products. “They also create contacts with professionals”explains Christian Bodin, the director of the Indre Attractiveness Agency, which is holding, for the second consecutive edition (there was no Show in 2021 due to the Covid), a stand where around fifty of producers from the department follow one another throughout the ten days of the Show.
“We see a lot of people looking to rediscover, to share the pleasure by eating at the show and coming back to meet those who make good French products”rejoices Kévin, on the stand of AOP goat cheeses from the Centre-Val-de-Loire region.
