“For a lot of things, she’s a free woman. We’re in the 19th century and she’s a free woman, who takes responsibility for her life, in her loves, in her choices. Without spoilers, it really doesn’t end well for her. And here for a few years now, we have been counting feminicides too regularly. And that’s why it’s current”, says Hélène Caffi. “We are 4 women to put together this Boulazacoise version of Carmen, we are very sensitive to gender issues. Carmen was a no-brainer“, adds Chloé Meyzie.

Narrator Franck Pitiot

He plays Perceval in Kaamelott. He will play the role of the narrator. So in addition to the sets, the staging, “We have this idea of making it accessible to everyone with the aim of never losing the listener. He will always know where we are. The staging is very clear. In addition, the Opera is in French so you can come with your family, your neighbors, your children”.
