A first look at the future electric Ram 1500

After the Ford F-150 Lightning and the Chevrolet Silverado EV, it will be Ram’s turn to present its electric pickup truck, promised for 2024.

While waiting for the official presentation, the manufacturer has published two sketches showing some clues as to the design of this highly anticipated future model.

You can see a fairly aggressive front where the letters “RAM” are prominent, accompanied by LED headlights that seem to want to extend to the sides of the vehicle. At the rear, the right-angled lights join the middle of the tailgate, where the RAM lettering once again shines.

These images are of course very embryonic and should be taken with a grain of salt. It will still take a little patience before we see what Ram really has in store for us. And again, no technical information has been shared yet.

Remember that Ram plans to market an electric van from 2024. The manufacturer also promises 100% electric versions of the majority of its models in 2025, then for its entire range by 2030.

Last month, Ram launched the Ram Revolution initiative, inviting consumers to give feedback to the brand’s designers and engineers.
