Most of the difficulties encountered in Korian’s establishments are due to a “serious shortage of trained and qualified personnel”, underlined the general manager.

Questioned by Elise Lucet, Sophie Boissard also refuted the many elements of the investigation of “Cash”, which show in particular that the management of the company takes care to only partially replace the nursing staff when they take their leave. The report looks like a “indictment” which contains “perfectly deceptive things”she argued.
