everywhere in France, demonstrations are organized in support of the Ukrainians

Paris, Marseilles, Bordeaux, Strasbourg… The cities are in the colors of the Ukrainian flag on the afternoon of Saturday February 26. Thousands of demonstrators gathered all over France to denounce the war and support the Ukrainians, such as in Caen (Calvados). “For me, it was obvious to come in support of the Ukrainian population and to show that we were not at all indifferent to what is happening in their country”says a protester.

In Limoges (Haute-Vienne), rating at east coast French and Ukrainians present. “It is important to show our support for the Ukrainians who are present here in Limoges, but also at home, stranded in Ukraine.”says a woman. Among the protesters were present in presidential candidates like Anne Hidalgo, Fabien Roussel and Yannick Jadot.
