Zipounette has been found! The baby kangaroo had disappeared since last Wednesday from its enclosure at the Bégude farm in Saint-Victor-de-Malcap, near Saint-Ambroix. The members of the association “Les amis de la Bégude” who had hosted Zipounette were convinced that the little female wallaby had been stolen. They had called us for help to try to find their baby. And this Friday morning, immense joy for them, Zipounette had returned to her enclosure and she is in great shape.
For Frédérique Barre, one of the members of the association: “The call launched on France Bleu Gard Lozère, widely relayed thereafter, undoubtedly made it possible to help find it. It is perhaps because of this mobilization that the person who had stolen it will have preferred to bring it back”. Since this Friday morning Zipounette has been able to find Zip and Zipette his two friends. The little kangaroo family is reunited again the Begude farm.
