Aurélie Ribay’s bakery best bakery in France?

From small villages to big cities, from the mountains to the seaside… The jury of the show “La Meilleur Bakery de France” crosses the 13 regions of France to find THE best bakery!

Every day, Norbert Tarayre and Bruno Cormerais evaluate bakers on different criteria and launch a common challenge to the two bakeries in the running by asking them in particular for a creation, either based on a product from the region, or around an emblematic dish.

From February 21 to 25, these are bakers from the Ile de France who are in competition! This Tuesday, February 22, 2 Parisian bakeries are competing: the Bakery l’Essentiel in the 12th arrondissement and the Aurélie Ribay bakery in the 10th.

Aurélie Ribay was our guest this morning on the program “Circuit Bleu – Côté Saveurs” alongside Hanane Tancrede, founder of Mama Nissa. Two guests who have come to their respective professions following a conversion.

Thusday • The SOHIER House in Noisy-le-Grand and the Playel mill in Saint-Denis

Friday • La Fournée d’Augustine in Rungis and the Boulangerie d’Odile in Saint-Cloud.
