So far, hundreds of people have shown interest on social media to participate.

Last week, several thousand people marched in the streets to denounce the government’s overly harsh measures in connection with the pandemic.

The “freedom convoy” seen by Montrealers

The major operation in Ottawa by the police is well received by the Montrealers met Saturday by TVA Nouvelles.

“We can’t wait for it to end because it’s made ridiculous. It’s been three weeks and I tell myself that the people who live there must be really exhausted, ”says a resident.

“It was time. They must [les policiers] continue to move forward because it has gone on long enough,” explained a citizen.

“They had time to demonstrate, now is the time to clear,” said a Montrealer.

“I’m just for him to go away because I don’t see what the point is if the deconfinement starts on the 14th,” said a woman.
