Youth employment takes off in France
This is the excellent surprise of the weekend: unemployment at its lowest for fifteen years in the fourth quarter of 2021 and a particularly marked drop among young people. According to INSEE figures published on Friday February 18over the last three months of last year the youth unemployment rate fell by 3.6%, reaching the lowest levels of the late 80s and 90s.
