Chastreix-Sancy is located in the Puy de Dôme 60 km from Clermont-Ferrand, 20 km from Mont-Dore and 23 km from Super Besse. The town has 240 inhabitants called the spinning tops.

The Chastreix Sancy Nature Reserve
The nature reserve is almost 1900 hectares. Nature has remained wild, it is a very beautiful space. Many hikes are authorized, about fifty kilometers are marked out. You must of course stay on these marked trails. Every summer approximately 200,000 people enjoy the beauty of this nature reserve.
