During opening hours, customers can place their order “at the counter or at the table” and consume standing up, the cloakroom is open, and contactless payment methods must be preferred, further specifies the protocol.
The latter also commits professionals to ventilate the premises as much as possible and at least 10 minutes every hour”.
The provision of hydroalcoholic gel, the disinfection of shared equipment or even “the invitation to download and activate the Tous Anti Covid application” are also recommended.
