The Vitalis Médical Tarbes agency is a temporary, vacation and CDI recruitment agency, which develops its business expertise in 3 areas: Paramedical, Medical and Social. It works with various establishments: Hospitals, Clinics, Maternities, Retirement homes, Home care providers, Laboratories, Specialized care homes, Medical-educational institutes, Homes for life, ESAT. As such, it offers nursing positions.
Duties:
EHPAD:
Nursing positions (M/F) for replacements in an EHPAD. You ensure the taking and monitoring of treatments, you practice dressings, you participate in medical visits and in the development of the care file. You will have to detect emergency situations and take the necessary initiatives.
Oncology:
Nursing positions (M/F) to work in an oncology department for replacement assignments of 12 days per month. You are able to master specific techniques in oncology (cath port care, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc.), to observe and identify the various symptoms linked to the cancerous pathology, to practice comprehensive patient care. You will also support families throughout the disease (curative, palliative). You will have to show a keen sense of adaptation to the various situations encountered, meticulousness, professional conscience.
Ongoing care:
Nursing positions (M/F) to work in a continuous care service for replacement missions of 18 days per month. You are able to master the specific techniques required in continuing care. You will have to deal with respiratory pathologies, septic states, cardiac, neurological emergencies, etc…. You will be responsible for the clinical, hemodynamic, ventilatory and therapeutic monitoring of patients. You will have to show a keen sense of adaptation to the various situations encountered, meticulousness, professional conscience.
Palliative care :
Nursing positions (M/F) to work in a palliative care service for 2-month replacement missions. You will have a role with the patient in his overall assessment in order to develop a plan of care, support, expertise in comfort care (dressings, pain assessment). You will also be a support to those around you. You will have a support activity in the end-of-life process, in “being and doing with the patient”, the delegation of advice.
Profile and skills:
You hold the Diplôme d’Etat d’Infirmier and a compulsory license to practice in France (for foreign diplomas). Working conditions :
