The Queen of Spain is increasing her outings at the start of the year. Tuesday, February 8, 2021, Letizia went to the National Museum of Natural Sciences in Madrid to chair a meeting between scientists and entrepreneurs, on the theme “Breaking glass ceilings: women scientists, from the laboratory to entrepreneurship“. The opportunity for the wife of King Felipe VI to unveil a new modern and sharp look.
The “queen” of recycling struck again by bringing out her Uterqüe leather pants, her black Magrit pumps and her Reliquia clutch, which perfectly matched her turtleneck. The 49-year-old former journalist is also saving money on the jewelery side, since she has offered a new release for her earrings from the ethical Spanish brand Gold&Roses. The people of Madrid were still treated to something new with their pretty jacket signed Boss! On the beauty side, naturalness is always in order, with a few fully assumed white locks.
Barely arrived at the museum, Letizia from Spain had a little scare when she saw her heel come off her shoe (see slideshow). As a true professional of 12cm heels, the queen quickly caught up by putting on her shoes discreetly. Already at the beginning of January, she had faced a clothing hiccup in the middle of an official ceremony at the royal palace in Madrid: her pretty pearl brooch, precious jewels belonging to the royal collection, had come off her dress to end up on the floor… Fortunately, Felipe VI was able to recover it quickly and thus avoid any breakage.
If the sovereign couple has been chaining official commitments for several weeks, no one knows that the next family reunion will take place with their daughters: Crown Princess Leonor and her sister, Infanta Sofia (16 and 14 years old). The last four-man outing dates back to October, for the Princess of Asturias awards. Last August, Leonor left Spain to continue her secondary education in Wales, in an elite school.
