Actors Tom Holland and Zendaya are about to turn their relationship around by buying a 3.5 million euro house in London. The two stars of the last Spiderman, aged 25, are set to make the UK their main home, as they have reportedly already purchased a huge six-bedroom mansion in London’s suburban Richmond, popular with celebrities. According to The Mirrorthe couple has big plans for work and renovations for their new cozy nest which should include a cinema, a gym or even a room specially dedicated to the actor.
Tom Holland reportedly claimed to have bought the house, which is believed to be just a few miles from the actor’s birthplace, Kingston Upon, earlier this month. The couple were reportedly seen flying from Los Angeles to London to pick up the keys to their new gem and planning a summer move. A source revealed: “They have been in heaven since they bought their first house together (…) They are very much in love and they wanted to have their first house in London, where Tom Holland grew up. And everyone is happy for them.“
The actor apparently demanded high-tech security for the home, including a 2m50 steel door. He also reportedly had special requirements for the movie theater, as well as for his personal play. The Richmond residence has had a lot of success with celebrities since the couple joins Mick Jagger, Angelina Jolie, Tom Hardy, Jerry Hall and David Attenborough in the list of owners of the district.
Close since the shooting of Spider-Man: Homecoming (released in 2017), American Zendaya and Briton Tom Holland first appeared as a couple in 2021 but they also share an on-screen romance in the global hit released last December, Spider-man: No Way Home. Tom Holland recently said he’s considering an upcoming Spider-Superhero movie for 2023.
