A state of emergency has been declared in Ottawa, capital of Canada. For the past few days, a convoy of anti-vaccine truckers has been paralyzing the city. For the mayor, the situation is totally “out of control”, and the movement is now spreading to other regions and other cities, such as Quebec and Toronto.
