Prouvençau Lengo Vivo
Founded in 2001, the Prouvençau Lengo Vivo association has been organizing Provençal immersion courses for 20 years for middle and high school students. After two cancellations related to the health crisis, PLV offered on October 28 and 29, 2021 two days of internship for young people around the theme of Disney: songs, costumes, games, cartoon dubbing, for 48 hours, twenty-five young people have used the Provençal language.
Since 2019, Prouvençau Lengo Vivo has also offered courses for adults. On October 30 and 31, in Caromb, around twenty adults of all levels (beginners to experienced) gathered to speak Provencal. Saturday evening, a vigil was held in the company of singer Jean-Bernard Plantevin and the theater troupe La chourmo dis afouga from Pernes-les-Fontaines.
