Benjamin Thomas won the 3rd stage of the Etoile de Bessèges-Tour du Gard cyclist alone this Friday afternoon in Bessèges. The Tarn rider from the Cofidis team is ahead of both the Italian Alberto Bettiol and the Norwegian Tobias Halland Johannessen. Thanks to this second victory in two days for the Cofidis team after that of Bryan Coquard the day before, Benjamin Thomas endorses at the same time the overall leader’s coral jersey seven seconds ahead of Bettiol. This Saturday, 4th and penultimate stage, 147 km between Saint-Hilaire-de-Brethmas and the summit of Mont Bouquet.
