During a press conference in his town hall, the mayor of Jeumont (North) explained that with the approach of the presidential election, the left “offers a distressing spectacle. I fear that by dint of deafness”this election has for the PS a “lethal character”. He made it clear that he would only give his sponsorship to “anybody” because the actors on the left “are collectively responsible”. The popular Primary, won by Christian Taubira, showed according to him “the will of the people on the left to see us united” and the PS “reacts with answers totally outside the realities”.
