On the evening of Thursday February 3, Emmanuel Macron should meet with his Russian and Ukrainian counterparts. He does not despair of lowering the tension while Washington claims at the same time that Moscow has prepared fake videos to serve as a pretext to attack Ukraine. The Russians continue to mass troops on the Ukrainian border.
Military fuel carriers, troop carriers, rescue vehicles, and even armored vehicles escorted by police in the middle of traffic.
