The Quebec technological transformation giant ITI announced on Wednesday the acquisition of the Ontario company Zycom Technology.
The transaction, the amount of which has not been disclosed, will allow ITIU to consolidate its position in the IT solutions market and increase its ability to provide high value-added IT services.
Through this acquisition, ITI is strengthening its presence outside Quebec to establish itself in Ontario, the largest Canadian information technology market.

“Zycom also provides us with a springboard to accelerate our growth in Canada, a considerable advantage in a rapidly consolidating market,” added Mr. Legault.
