France has 5,000 creperies, half of which are located in Brittany and Pays de la Loire. This shows that pancakes and pancakes are inseparable from Breton culture.
They tell the story, that of agricultural production in the region, that of food and consumption patterns. They also tell of the social evolution and the share of conviviality linked to the consumption of pancakes and pancakes. In crêperies, food trucks and at home, they are a must all year round.

The crepe workshop of Saint-Malo
Founded in 2011, the Atelier de la crêpe is an international crepe maker training school for professionals and individuals in Saint-Malo. It is a place of meeting, greed and transmission where one expresses his attachment to the Breton heritage around the galette and the crepe. Since October 2018, under the impetus of Bertrand Larcher, founder of the Breizh Café restaurants in Japan, Brittany and Paris, the Atelier de la crêpe has been moored in the port of Saint-Malo, quai Duguay-Trouin, in the heart from the city.
