The Rams will face the Bengals in the Super Bowl

Matt Gay made two big field goals in the final quarter, the last of which was decisive with 1:46 on the clock on Sunday as the Los Angeles Rams reached the Super Bowl by beating the San Francisco 49ers, 20-17.

Travin Howard sealed the result with an interception, with 1:09 to go.

The Niners entered the final quarter up 17-7.

The highlight of the NFL season will be at SoFi Stadium – the home of the Rams.

The rivals will be the Cincinnati Bengals on Feb. 13.

Cooper Kupp caught two touchdown passes from Matthew Stafford for the Rams.

After Kupp’s second major, followed by a 40-yard tying field goal, Gay scored from 30 yards, adding the deciding points.

The Rams defense completed the job, Aaron Donald forcing Jimmy Garoppolo into a bad pass, intercepted by Howard.

After 54 Super Bowl games without a team playing at home, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ended the streak last year. They capped it all off with a 31-9 win over Kansas City.
