Automobile traffic will be hampered on several roads in the greater Montreal area during the weekend.
In downtown Montreal, the Ville-Marie Expressway will be closed westbound between Panet Street and the Lucien-L’Allier Street entrance from Sunday 10 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m. A detour is suggested by the Ministère des Transports (MTQ) via avenue Viger, boulevard Robert-Bourassa and rue Saint-Antoine Ouest.
The A-25 bridge, connecting Longueuil to Montreal, will have two lanes out of three closed southbound between exit 3 (rue Notre-Dame) and the end of the Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel from Sunday 8 p.m. Monday 5 a.m. The Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine tunnel, meanwhile, will have two lanes out of three closed in both directions from Friday 10:30 p.m. to Saturday 7:30 a.m.
The Lachapelle bridge, spanning the Rivière des Prairies, will have one lane out of three closed from Friday 8 p.m. to Saturday 5 a.m. and from Sunday 8 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m. Finally, the eastbound Jacques Cartier Bridge will have one lane in two closed from Sunday 10:30 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m. due to work.
In Laval, the ramp for Autoroute 15 north of Autoroute 440 westbound will be closed from Sunday 9 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m.
On the South Shore, Highway 20 in Beloeil will have one lane out of two closed km 112, before the Arthur-Branchaud bridge from Friday 9 p.m. to Saturday 5 a.m. For the same highway, exit 113 (Mont-Saint-Hilaire / chemin des Patriotes / Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu) at Mont-Saint-Hilaire will be closed from Sunday 9 p.m. to Monday 5 a.m. Finally, exit 95 (boulevard de Montarville) of the same highway in Boucherville will have two lanes out of three closed from Friday 9:30 p.m. to Saturday 8 a.m.
