a diplomatic solution to ease tensions?

For his part, Sergei Lavrov warns that “If there is no constructive response and the West continues its aggressive course, President Putin has already said he will take the necessary retaliatory measures”. Finally, in Paris, Russians and Ukrainians spoke live for almost nine hours. The Russians have sent a good signal according to the Élysée.
