Did you know that we have been changing the clock since 1976? And yet, each time, the event is widely commented on.

By dint of looking for noon to 2 pm, it has become a subject that fascinates, but also confuses. The time change makes us ask the same questions every year. Almost 50 years that the puzzle has lasted. The experts have also said everything and its opposite about the time change. Between pHarmless disturbances for some and terrible enemy of our internal clock for others.

By dint of hearing this little music, some French people have ended up feeling out of whack. “I need a good week to get over it when the time has changed”, testifies a French. But initially, the time change was for a good cause. In 1974, Valéry Giscard d’Estaing decreed that summer time was needed to better match day and day.
