American comedian, actor and host Louie Anderson died on Friday January 21 at the age of 68.
The news was confirmed by his agent. It was revealed earlier this week that Anderson was receiving treatment at a Las Vegas hospital while battling blood cancer.
During her career, Anderson has won three Emmy awards. He notably returned to the spotlight in 2016 with a role in the television series Sneakers.
