The MoDem, the second richest party after En Marche!, considers that if it pays more than the others, it should have a say in how the money is spent.

And François Bayrou does not want to wait, because he fears that the more we advance, the more the balance of power switches in favor of Édouard Philippe, if the campaign is ultimately more right-wing than expected.
