Since December, investigators from the Vannes police station have been on alert in the face of an upsurge in car thefts and thefts from trailers (thefts of objects from parked vehicles). So when, on January 3, a car was reported stolen from the parking lot of a hostel for young workers in the city, they set up surveillance which quickly bore fruit. 2 young people, unfavorably known to the services according to the established expression, leave the foyer to get into the stolen car, then are joined by a third. The pursuit leads to the arrest of two of the three, the last, aged 15, is identified and then arrested the next day. Then begins the meticulous work to reconstruct all the facts.

The 17-year-old will be tried in March. The 15-year-old is in the hands of a juvenile judge and has been removed from Morbihan. When the major of just 18 years old, he will be judged this Friday, January 21 in immediate appearance for thefts, but also driving without a license and refusal to comply.
