Journalist hit by vehicle live

It was supposed to be a simple story for Tori Yorgey. The West Virginia-based WSAZ-TV reporter was covering a broken water main in Dunbar when she was hit by a vehicle Thursday morning. Despite this event, she quickly got up before finishing her live intervention.

” Oh my God! I just got hit by a car, but I’m fine, ”she quickly launched before reassuring the driver.

“My whole life flashed before my eyes, but it’s live TV and it’s fine,” she added. I thought I was in a safe place, but clearly we might have to move the camera a bit. »

The journalist also revealed that it was not a first since she had already been hit by a car when she was at university.
