Jean Nicolas Antoniotti was unanimously elected on January 5 by the members of the Board of Directors of Inizià, the Innovative Business Incubator of Corsica.

Designated a “qualified personality” by the President of the Executive Council of Corsica, Jean-Nicolas Antoniotti has been a member of the incubator’s Selection and Monitoring Committee (CoSS) since 2020. Involved for many years in favor of innovation and economic development of Corsica, he initiated the Femu Quì investment fund, which he chaired for more than 20 years.
He is also a founding member of A Fundazione of the University of Corsica as President of the company Demeures Corses and, since 2017, President of the Board of the School of Engineering Paoli Tech of the University of Corsica.
INIZIÀ, the Corsican incubator, spearhead of the regional innovation policy.
Its public service mission is to accompany and support the creation and development of innovative companies in Corsica thanks to a comprehensive engineering system for entrepreneurs. INIZIÀ also has a mission to disseminate the culture of innovation and carries out several awareness-raising actions each year to encourage the emergence of new projects with high added value for the territory.
Its Board of Directors is made up of its founding members: the Community of Corsica, the Agglomeration Community of Pays Ajaccien and the Agglomeration Community of Bastia, the University of Corsica, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Corsica and two qualified personalities, designated by the President of the Executive Council of Corsica.
Created in 2006, INIZIÀ is the only public incubator in Corsica. It benefits from the approval of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation
