Antoine Dupont back in training with Stade Toulousain

Things are getting better for Antoine Dupont. The captain of Stade Toulousain, who had not trained for three weeks following a knee injury, returned to the training grounds on Monday. He notably missed the trip to the Wasps in the European Cup where his teammates suffered (30-22). Antoine Dupont suffered an infiltration in one knee and his recovery now seems imminent.

Resumption of training, the day before an international selection which is not in doubt. It is indeed this Tuesday afternoon that coach Fabien Galthié will unveil the list of 42 players selected for the 6 Nations Tournament which will start for the Blues on February 6 at the Stade de France against Italy. Other Toulouse and Castres will be on this list, except for Covid contamination or last-minute injury: Peato Mauvaka, Julien Marchand, Cyril Baille, François Cros, Anthony Jelonch and Romain Ntamack, to name but a few.
