(Toronto) The Toronto Argonauts have offered new contracts to kicker Boris Bede and American receiver DaVaris Daniels.

Bede, a native of France but played his college football with the Université Laval Rouge et Or, made 28 of 33 field goals, including six for more than 50 yards, last season, his first with the Argos. . The 32-year-old also led the league in kickoff yards (67.4) while averaging 44.2 punts.
The 29-year-old Daniels caught 51 passes for 597 yards and four touchdowns in 13 games, also his first in Toronto. He was voted rookie par excellence upon his arrival in the circuit, with the Calgary Stampeders, in 2016.
