La Boc, for Bst ofOorigin VSatalane, was born from the passion of Laurent Botta, professor of physics and chemistry, who decided in 2014 to successfully launch his craft brewery.
Committed to an eco-responsible approach, Laurent Botta produces his beers from French and organic malts and hops. The beers are available in returnable bottles. With his experience in physics and chemistry, he masters the manufacturing process with precision and develops artisanal blond, red, white, brown and IPA beers by expressing their aromas as well as possible.
Brewed on site, in the heart of Perpignan, the beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented in the bottle.
Inventive and committed Laurent has created, for example, beer with bread. An ecological and anti-waste beer since it is made from organic bread recovered from a collection network and whose taste and philosophy have won over consumers.
