The application of the text, which was initially to come into force on January 15, is therefore likely to be delayed once again. Within the executive, there is talk of a decision by the Constitutional Council on January 20 on this text. In the event of validation by the Elders, the law could be promulgated on Friday January 21 and enter into force on Saturday, that is to say with a week’s delay.
