Will the best bakery in France be Catalan?

He may be the best baker in France! Jean-Philippe Sage took over the Levain d’Hélios on boulevard Clémenceau in Perpignan in 2020 and he is participating, this Monday January 17, in season 9 of the program “The best bakery in France” broadcast on M6 at 6:40 p.m.

Moustache, the signature bread of Levain d’Hélios

Passionate about his profession, he was awarded the title of best croissant in the POs and ranked 3rd in the competition for the best baguette. On M6, he will notably present his signature bread “le Moustache” made from Roussillon bearded man harvested in Pia, listen!
