Thelma Reveals Her Secrets to Zoé and Sabri

After sharing her secret with Chef Listrac the previous day, Thelma reaches out to her in the morning to schedule a rendezvous at the Institute. She requests that Olivia keep her secret under wraps. Although Olivia agrees, she gently urges Thelma to consider revealing the truth to everyone, believing it might offer her some relief. However, Thelma firmly declines, fearing that the truth might lead to her isolation.

Later on, Olivia bumps into her godson in the hallway. Having overheard her earlier conversation with Thelma, he probes her about their discussion. Olivia explains that Thelma is struggling, especially due to rumors suggesting an affair with Edouard Fayet. Despite Sabri’s eagerness to know more, Olivia remains loyal to her promise to Thelma, prompting Sabri to resolve to uncover the truth on his own.

Meanwhile, Solal immerses himself in cooking alongside Zoé and Gary. He receives a text from his father requesting a meeting that afternoon. Although Solal is hesitant due to lingering anger, Zoé encourages him to attend to gain clarity on the situation involving Thelma and his father.

During the service, Anaïs observes that Thelma seems preoccupied and offers her support and understanding regarding her struggles. Suddenly, Thelma’s mother, Imani, enters the kitchen, revealing that Edouard has confided everything to her and is seeking answers.

Later, Solal meets his father at a café in the square, where Imani is also present. His father admits they are in a relationship, leaving Solal astonished, as Imani is also the nanny of his younger brother. He learns that Imani is Thelma’s mother too, a fact that had been previously unknown to him.

In another part of the Institute, Sabri finds Zoé in the studio to share a shocking discovery: while examining Thelma’s social media profile, he realizes that her travel photos are actually edits. Just then, Thelma arrives and finally reveals her truth: she is the daughter of the Fayet family’s nanny. Two years ago, she worked as a waitress in a bar in Saint-Raphaël and enjoyed her time there. After posting photos with celebrities, she gained a following, eventually fabricating a life as a wealthy heiress. When she joined the Institute, she persuaded Edouard to present her as the daughter of one of his clients, allowing her to live out her dream.

Hortense Makes a Sacrifice for Mehdi

Though Hortense insists she has too much on her plate, Mehdi insists she visit the Master restaurant, where he is now the head chef. Lacking compelling arguments, she reluctantly agrees to join him for lunch.

Later, Hortense confides in Alice and Lionel that she has never told Mehdi about her strong dislike for citrus fruits. She had hoped to develop a taste for them, like Mehdi, but that hasn’t happened. Lionel advises her to hold her tongue during lunch to spare Mehdi’s feelings.

At the Master restaurant, Hortense puts in a tremendous effort to enjoy the starter, main course, and dessert crafted by Mehdi. On the verge of confessing her true feelings, she ends up deepening the deception by complimenting his use of citrus.

After the meal, Mehdi feels relieved that his wife enjoyed his culinary creations. However, she confesses to Lionel that she feels guilty for lying to her husband’s face.

Tom Stumbles in His Romantic Endeavors

In the park, Tom is flirting with a girl he intends to spend the night with. His demeanor shifts, however, when Milan walks by, prompting him to pretend he’s searching for his soulmate. Once Milan leaves, Tom reassures the girl that they are on the same page and that he’s only interested in a casual encounter.

Tom and the girl head to the Economat for their rendezvous. When he hears Milan’s voice, Tom panics and makes an exaggerated declaration of feelings to his partner, only to be disheartened when he realizes Milan is accompanied by Billie.

Later, Tom catches up with Billie in the park, assuring her that his earlier words were not sincere. Billie acknowledges that she anticipated he would be with other girls but asks him to be more discreet going forward.

Upon returning to the shared apartment, Tom admits to Milan and Jasmine that he finally understands their earlier message. He apologizes for bringing home various girls without considering their shared living situation.
