Mélody’s Journey to Prison
At the police station, Detective Martin interrogates Mélody regarding her recent clash with Lara. Despite showing signs of confusion, Mélody insists that Lara inflicted the injuries on herself and accuses her of wrongdoing. As Martin ponders the possible motives, Mélody recalls an earlier encounter where Lara aggressively approached her on a scooter, labeling her as unstable.
Following his questioning of Mélody, Martin visits the hospital to hear Lara’s side of the story, accompanied by her partner Terry. Lara claims that Mélody collided with her while riding her scooter, and later alleges that Mélody attacked her with a knife.
After examining the weapon, Damien confirms that the knife indeed belongs to Mélody, leading to compelling evidence against her. Consequently, Martin informs Georges that Mélody will be placed in pre-trial detention. As she is escorted to prison, Mélody maintains her innocence.
Later that evening, Victoire calls Georges to the hospital to discuss Mélody’s blood tests, which reveal high levels of organophosphorus compounds—similar to Bart’s case, but at three times the concentration. Victoire explains that this poisoning could be linked to Mélody’s recent paranoia and memory lapses.
Meanwhile, upon her arrival at prison, Mélody unexpectedly encounters Vanessa, the mother of Lucien and Georges’ ex…
Is Bart Developing Feelings for Valentine?
At the Spoon, Valentine seeks the opinions of Bruno and Bart on her outfit as she prepares for an important oral presentation that will impact her diploma grade. Both friends reassure her, with Bart complimenting her appearance, which leads Bruno to suspect there might be romantic interest.
Before her presentation, Charles assists Valentine in preparing the Little Spoon and encourages her, inviting her to celebrate afterward at the restaurant, to which she readily agrees. After the service, Bruno warns Valentine to be cautious of Charles, while praising Bart’s attributes instead. Valentine asserts that she is perfectly capable on her own.
At the Julliard’s, Philippine shares with Charles and Violette that she has sold her vineyard shares, intending to invest in a new venture alongside her son. Charles is touched by her sentiment. Philippine suggests they brainstorm ideas for this new project as a family that evening, prompting Charles to cancel his plans with Valentine.
Following a successful oral presentation, Valentine heads to the Spoon where Bart extends an invitation for dinner just before his shift begins. She happily agrees.
Gloria and Soizic Forge a Pact
At the Spoon, Adam reveals to Rayane the message his mother sent to his fake online profile after they matched. Unsure how to navigate this dilemma, Rayane advises him to terminate the profile entirely.
Subsequently, Adam confides in Gloria, who echoes Rayane’s advice and encourages him to move on from the situation. Gloria then informs Soizic about Adam’s creation of the fake profile to check if she was unfaithful to François. In exchange for this revelation, Gloria requests that Soizic give her some space in her relationship with Adam.
That evening, Adam decides to confront his mother. She claims to have suspected the fake profile was his all along and reassures him that she is being truthful with him.
