(Montreal) The California Supreme Court yesterday refused to hear an appeal from Brad Pitt’s lawyers in connection with his battle with Angelina Jolie for custody of their children.
A lower court ruling had determined that the judge who heard the case should be disqualified since he had not disclosed that he had any business dealings with the actor’s lawyers.
The battle in court affects the five minor children of the two stars.
