Kicking off today and running until Sunday evening, the second edition of the Outdoor, Hunting, Fishing, and Camping Show promises an exciting experience for all outdoor enthusiasts.

According to Catherine Lapointe, the show director, “This year, we’ve successfully filled both pavilions with more than 175 exhibitors from various sectors.” She adds, “I genuinely believe visitors will find everything they desire, no matter their expectations.”

Engaging Activities and Exhibitor Highlights

For avid hunters and anglers, the aisles are lined with over 30 outfitters from across Quebec. Not only can attendees explore renowned outfitters, but they can also connect with professional guides and specialists offering unique adventures in Africa.

Vanlife aficionados will appreciate the offerings from Roadloft and Remorques Prospecteur, showcasing a range of camping gear and portable energy solutions designed for those looking to embrace nature while maintaining self-sufficiency.

The Fly Fishing Village is another highlight, featuring specialized shops alongside a 50-foot fly fishing pool where live demonstrations will captivate visitors. Plus, families can enjoy a designated area aimed at introducing children to outdoor activities, complete with engaging games and skill challenges centered around hunting and fishing.

In the newly established demo zone, visitors can look forward to dynamic presentations and hands-on learning experiences. “Experts will conduct more interactive demonstrations,” explains Lapointe. “Attendees can learn skills like navigating using an egg or handling fishing mishaps.” Visitors can also try their hand at archery, crossbow shooting with Excalibur, and laser rifle shooting to test their skills.
