Unterliga Nord A:
SC Pernegg – SV Stainach/Gr. 2:1 (1:0). Goals: Messner, Stelzer, Thalhamer. In the 14th minute, Manuel Messner put Pernegg ahead 1-0 after a fantastic solo run from Gramos Bahtiri. As the match progressed, SV Stainach/Gr improved their performance and pushed Pernegg back, but they failed to create any clear opportunities, ending the first half trailing by one goal. The trend continued in the second half as Pernegg started strong yet couldn’t extend their lead. In a twist, Stainach took advantage of a defensive error to level the score at 1-1. The decisive moment came in the 81st minute when Andreas Stelzer converted a penalty, restoring Pernegg’s lead. Tensions boiled over towards the end when Stainach-Grimming appealed for a handball penalty but were denied. The game ended with Dominik Bindlechner receiving a yellow card in the 90th minute. ‘It was a closely contested match, but unfortunately, it was marred by poor officiating in the second half. Nevertheless, we remain unbeaten for three games,’ stated Mathias Kahr, sporting director of Pernegg.

In the dying moments of stoppage time, Landl completed an incredible comeback with an equalizer, resulting in a dramatic 3-3 draw. ‘We aimed to win, and for 80 minutes we played dominantly. However, lacking six regular players due to injuries took its toll in the final minutes. It’s disheartening to let a 3-0 lead slip away,’ lamented Dietmar Schöggl, the coach of Stanz.

Breitenau, after struggling recently, faced WSV Liezen and was able to capitalize on a golden opportunity when the guest goalkeeper Marco Resch was sent off after a controversial incident in the 34th minute. Despite this advantage, the first half concluded goalless. Breitenau took the lead in the 58th minute when Christian Huber converted a debatable penalty. Just six minutes later, Thomas Lipp added a second goal. WSV Liezen managed to pull one back with a penalty in the 80th minute, but Daniel Gosch quickly restored Breitenau’s two-goal cushion with a long-range effort, ending the match at 3-1.
