Former Les Républicains deputy, Julien Aubert, points out the inconsistency of the motion of censure against the Barnier government tabled by the left, when it “can only be voted for by the RN”. Alma Dufour, LFI MP, responds to him in “11am/1pm” this Tuesday, October 8.

The debate is launched, while the first motion of censure tabled by the left against the government of Michel Barnier is preparing to be voted on in the National Assembly, on the evening of Tuesday October 8. “It has little chance of being voted on because the National Rally has decided to ally itself with Emmanuel Macron”estimates Alma Dufour, La France insoumise MP for Seine-Maritime, guest of the “Duel” of “11/13” this Tuesday.

Julien Aubert, former LR MP, president of the “Dare to France” movement, recognizes: “You came first and the President of the Republic should have started by appointing a Prime Minister from the New Popular Front to show that there was no majority”. But in his eyes, the motion of censure “is an outstretched hand to the National Rally”the only opposition party likely to sign the text.

“We came first and it is up to us to assess whether the government is going in the right direction, and it is not going in the right direction. It is up to others to take their responsibilities”answers Alma Dufour.
