We could almost talk about a division in reconstruction, with the fall in the last decade of powers like the Anaheim Ducks, the San Jose Sharks and, soon, the Calgary Flames. The Oilers are on the rise, but the success of the Vancouver Canucks remains fragile, the Los Angeles Kings could falter and the Vegas Golden Knights left us wanting more after their Stanley Cup.
