The P. Diddy affair, named after the famous American rapper, is taking on spectacular proportions. He is now accused of rape and sexual assault by 120 people, including 25 minors. The courts suspect him of having set up sex trafficking.
At the head of a music empire, he now finds himself at the center of a sex trafficking scandal. Sean Combs, better known as P. Diddy, is the target of dozens of complaints for acts of violence and rape. An earthquake in the rap industry, one of the last tremors of which dates back a few days, with yet another complaint. A 47-year-old woman accuses the producer of having raped her in 2001. Before her, others broke the silence.
It all started a year ago, with a complaint from his ex-partner, the singer Cassie. A few months later, a video showing a violent scene in 2016 was released: we see the rapper hitting her several times while she is on the ground. And his case would be far from isolated. Last March, searches took place at his homes in Miami and Los Angeles. They revealed the possession of videos of a sexual nature and assault rifles.
In the 14 pages of the indictment, the New York prosecutor’s office accuses Sean Combs of racketeering, sex trafficking and transporting prostitutes between states, facts which are allegedly linked to parties organized in the 2000s in hotels. The scandal has ignited social networks, where everyone is trying to dig up archives of the parties and bring down any celebrity potentially involved. Pending his trial, P. Diddy is imprisoned in a Brooklyn prison, he pleads not guilty.
