Jackson Chourio and Garrett Mitchell revved up the game with homers in the eighth as the Milwaukee Brewers evened their first-round series against New York on Wednesday, winning 5-3 at the expense of the Mets.
Chourio tied the game 3-3 with a solo homer and Mitchell added a two-run homer, following a single by Willy Adames. The ball narrowly cleared the right-center field fence, 390 feet from home plate.
