A man suspected of killing Philippine, a 19-year-old student, whose body was found buried Saturday in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris, was arrested Tuesday, September 24 in Switzerland, franceinfo learned from a source close to the investigation, confirming information from the Actu 17 website.
