In case of defeat in the November election | Donald Trump rules out running for president in 2028

(Washington) Donald Trump ruled out running for president in 2028 in the event of a defeat in the November election in an interview broadcast on Sunday.

“No, I don’t see myself there, I don’t see myself there,” the 78-year-old Republican candidate told the show. Full Measure.

“I don’t imagine that at all,” the former president added. “I think that will be it.”

The billionaire, however, said he hoped for “success” at the polls on November 5, against Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.

Since the dramatic withdrawal of President Joe Biden from the race, who was struggling in the polls, the outcome of the presidential election is more uncertain than ever. Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are neck and neck in several of the states where everything will probably be decided.

Notably, Donald Trump, who never acknowledged his defeat to Joe Biden in 2020, has refused several times in recent months to commit to unconditionally recognizing the result of the November election.
