Since Saturday shortly before 8 p.m., France (finally) has a government. And in this government, Jean-Noël Barrot is the new Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs. He was previously Minister Delegate for Europe, since February 2024. IHe is replaced in this position by Benjamin Haddad.
