All the pagers used by members of the Lebanese Hezbollah to communicate exploded on Tuesday, September 17. At least nine people died and 2,800 people were injured. The pro-Iranian movement denounced Israeli hacking.

A man in a Lebanese market is carrying a pager. Suddenly, the paging system explodes, the man falls to the ground, he is injured. Astonishing modus operandi, the targeted attack is repeated hundreds of times, at the same time, throughout the country. A few minutes later, there is chaos, among other places, in the streets of Beirut, Lebanon. Victims are treated on the ground in a hospital. There are several thousand injured, mainly members of Hezbollah.

Several hundred pagers were hacked. Hezbollah holds Israel responsible for the massive attack. Such a scenario assumes that the secret services of the Hebrew state were informed in advance of the order for the pagers, which is not unlikely. Last February, the leader of Hezbollah asked his fighters to stop using their mobile phones, which were too easily detected by the Israeli enemy.
