The preliminary list of candidates for Air Canada’s 10 Best New Restaurants has been released.
Among the 30 restaurants nominated, 8 are in Quebec. The six Montreal restaurants selected are Casavant, Heni, Île-de-France, Juliette Plaza, Parapluie and Sabayon.
The jury also nominated Caméline, in Gatineau, and Maison de Soma, in Mont-Tremblant.
The 10 finalists from across the country will be revealed on November 5.
