This will also be one of the keys to forming this government: what is the balance of power between Emmanuel Macron and Michel Barnier? Will the president try to impose names on him? For example, on his reserved areas, foreign affairs or defense? He knows that it is impossible to form a stable government without also reaching an agreement with the presidential camp.
